Ross Scarfone Real Estate was formed in 1988 by its Principal, Ross Scarfone. Ross established the agency with a view to service the Commercial & Industrial market in the Eastern and Southern regions of the Perth Metropolitan area.

With over thirty years experience in Real Estate commencing in 1968 with large city-based agencies, Ross worked his way up to being a Director prior to commencing his own business. Ross has a vast experience in Real Estate commencing in 1968 with large city-based agencies where he worked his way up to being a Director before he founded Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 1989.

His strong work ethic and his commitment to his clients have placed him in high regard with both his clients and fellow real estate peers. In 2026, Ross Scarfone was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for his outstanding service to the real estate industry and the broader community.

Ross retired in 2018, but still acts as an advisor and consultant to the team.

Ross established the agency with a view to service the Commercial & Industrial market in the Eastern and Southern regions of the Perth Metropolitan area and to provide people with a more personalised one on one service. This vision is the underlying foundation for the agency today and something that we’re very proud of.

Paul is Ross’s son and joined the company in 1998 after completing ten years working for a major bank in both the Metropolitan and country areas and then two years working in residential real estate.

Paul, the current Director and Licensee of the Business has completed his Advanced certificate in Business (Real Estate), Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and holds a Triennial Certificate.

In 2022, Luke Scarfone joined Ross Scarfone, becoming the third generation of Scarfone’s to work in the family business, alongside his father, Paul, and grandfather and business founder, Ross.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained from the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle as well as a Graduate Certificate in Property from Deakin University. With a focus on commercial sales and leasing, Luke works closely with Paul Scarfone on all of the agency’s sales & leasing transactions.

Tia began working in the real estate and property industry in 2009. After managing residential properties, she made the move to commercial property management in 2015. She joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2017 and after 2 years moved back to Queensland to spend time with her family. She moved back to Perth and re-joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2021.

Tia prides herself on delivering high quality service and understands the importance of attention to detail and open communication with her clients. During her spare time Tia enjoys getting outdoors and enjoying all Perth has to offer.

Suruchi began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 2016, specialising in the management of shopping centres and industrial properties. She enjoys the challenging and fast-paced nature of property management and takes pride in achieving outcomes that are in the best interests of both landlords and tenants. Suruchi joined Ross Scarfone Real Estate in 2021. Through her strong commitment and effective communication skills, she consistently strives to deliver exceptional service to all clients. Fabio started his career in a major bank in Brazil where he worked for over 9 years. He then decided to make his way over to Australia in 2022.

Having a real passion for real estate, he pursued a career in property management.
He understands the importance of providing excellent customer service to all clients and being very attentive to their needs.

In his spare time, Fabio loves watching and playing soccer, going to the beach and having his friends over for a Brazilian barbecue.
